Golf itineraries for any trip · Invite-only beta

Turn any trip into a golf trip.

Enter your dates and where you'll be. Every day fills in with courses worth a tee time, ranked like concert seating, the day's weather, and an honest first tee built from when you're actually free. The whole group sees it on one passcode link.

Invites go out in small batches. One flat pass covers the whole group.

The buddies trip

One of you plans it. Nobody else downloads anything.

  • Enter the dates, pick the town — the whole week fills in: every course worth the drive, the weather, who's in for the morning round.
  • Turn on the TOURnament and the standings run all week. The group chat argues about them for free.
  • One pass covers the trip, and the group never pays.

How it works

Step 01

Tell it when and where

Type in your dates and the city as you go: one town for the week, or every stop on a longer run. Takes about two minutes. (On a tour? Connect the routing calendar and it reads the whole run like a day sheet.)

Step 02

The itinerary builds itself

Every day fills in with real golf near where you're staying, the day's forecast, and an honest first tee time built from when you're actually free.

Step 03

Send one link

Everyone opens a passcode link on their phones. No sign-up, nothing to download, and only the planner ever pays. They just see where you're playing.

What you get

Sorted like concert seating

VIP marquee & privateGA the great local roundLawn range, Topgolf, quick nine

Every course is seated like a concert: VIP up front, GA for everybody, Lawn when you've got an hour.

Never mini-golf, never a closed course.

It knows your scheduleNobody else has this

The earliest tee you can actually make, worked out from when you arrive and when you're free. On a tour bus that means bus call and the overnight drive; on a work trip it means the gap in your calendar. Every other golf app is blind to it.

Weather that decides the round

Each day carries its own forecast: high, low, rain odds, wind, sunrise. You'll know it's a dawn tee time or a rain-out before anyone books.

Run your own TOURnamentIncluded

A trip-long competition the whole group plays. Handicap-verified scores, a buddy signs off on every round, live standings the whole time. Included with every trip — the paper skins sheet retires.

The game comes standard

Post your score after the round. That's the whole job.

  • The TOURnament runs the whole trip: handicap-verified scores, a buddy signs off on every round, live standings until the flight home.
  • Every score you post goes on the record — courses, rounds, seasons. Your golf builds a book.
  • Included with every trip. Never an add-on.

The work trip. The family week.

A week at your parents' place with the clubs in the trunk. A conference with three free mornings.

  • Enter the dates once and see what's actually near you before you go.
  • The marquee course worth a detour, the local muni, the range for a spare hour.
  • Planning solo is free.

Your next trip has off days.

Born on a tour bus

This started as a tool for music touring crews: wake up in a new city, check the day sheet, find the tee time that fits between the overnight drive and load-in. That's why the logistics math is honest and why the share link asks nothing of the people on it. A crew member designed the first TOURnament scoring sheet on paper; the band wanted it live by morning. Your trip gets the same machine.

For tours

On tour? This is home turf

Connect the routing calendar (with the TM's sign-off) and it reads the whole run like a day sheet: cities, venues, off days, overnights, bus call baked into every first tee. And every bus has one person who checks the routing for golf before anything else. That's the Golf Tour Manager. If that's you: set a passcode, send one link. Congratulations on your new title.

Pricing for tours

The itinerary

$149 per leg

One fee, the whole crew, no seats — and the TOURnamentseason game is included. A leg is one routed run, up to 8 weeks; a full season caps at $299. The receipt reads “golf advance,” so it expenses like one.

Access

Later

The map already shows which private clubs and destination courses sit on your routing. The layer that opens those doors gets priced when it's earned.

Founding tours: invite codes cover everything in 2026 and lock these prices for 2027. Trip pricing for everyone else lands with the public launch: one flat pass per trip, the game included, and the group never pays.

For tour managers

Someone on your crew forwarded you this. Here's what you actually want to know:

  • Routing never renders publicly. The crew link is passcode-locked, noindexed, and revocable.
  • The hotel never appears on the crew link. Ever.
  • No keys required. It can run off a read-only calendar feed.
  • No crew accounts, no app store, nothing that wants their attention on show days.
  • Delete the tour and everything goes with it.
  • Built on a bus by a touring crew member, not by a startup that's never seen a day sheet.
